Complaint from Florence Mercado Carrollton, TXover 11 years agoI can tell you this about Walker AC. The office manager, who is Kathy Walden, is very impolite, obscene, and rude. I called this company's office because my home heating system was not operating. Kathy spoke to me like she just woke up, was stressed out, and as if she was scolding one of her children. Let me tell you Kathy, you do not talk to me like that!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. FLORENCE.
